Job Description:

  • Mixing and preparing bread and pastries is an essential task for a skilled Baker.

As a Full Time Baker, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our bakery. Key duties include:

  • Measuring ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
  • Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
  • Baking different bread types
  • Assessing the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards
  • Monitoring oven temperature and product appearance to determine baking times
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls

For this role, we require at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Relevant qualifications are also desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Note: This is a permanent, full-time role with regular working hours.
