About the Role
  • Develop and implement innovative pastry products that meet customer expectations and preferences
  • Lead research and testing of new ingredients, techniques, and equipment to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Create detailed documentation of recipes, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and operational feasibility
  • Mentor and guide junior chefs through the development process, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recipe development, testing, and documentation, preferably in a commercial bakery or foodservice environment
  • Possesses advanced pastry knowledge and a refined palate, with excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Holds full working rights in Australia and is available to start October 2025
