We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Territory Manager to join our team in NSW North, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.

Job Summary:

  • Maintain and develop sales within a designated territory covering the NSW North region.
  • Target customers for new business development.
  • Provide in-service programs, workshops, and seminars to support customer education and adoption.
  • Attend conferences, trade displays, and meetings relevant to business development.
  • Collaborate effectively with other S&N staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products and activity.
  • Consult with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs departments on field promotional materials.
  • Review sales data regularly to actively performance manage key products and accounts.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business relevant disciplines ideal, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of selling experience in a similar role with pharmacy products and/or in the pharmacy channel.
  • Proven success track record selling within the pharmacy channel.
  • Strong selling skills and understanding of the selling process.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in ANZ.
  • Working knowledge of wound care or related area desirable.
  • Highly focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Good planning and execution skills.
  • Attention to detail and committed to excellence.
  • Superior presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
