The Role
  • Territory includes South West Sydney and surrounding areas, with occasional trips to Wagga Wagga
  • Sell prescription pharmaceutical products to GPs and pharmacies
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and identify key targets for maximum return
  • Work collaboratively with a great team and experienced manager
  • Use data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and strategies
  • Champion excellent customer experience and patient outcomes by working closely with key customers
  • Participate in and leverage multichannel customer solutions and programs
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for allocated territory and product by effective field force planning and accurate customer targeting
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, utilizing multichannel resources including face-to-face and virtual sales calls to engage targeted customers
About You
  • Experienced pharmaceutical sales representative with a solid two years of field experience
  • Prefer tertiary qualifications in science, business, or health
  • High achiever with a proven track record of sales success
  • Customer-focused and results-driven
  • Strategic mindset open to innovation and change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with a territory partner
