Administration Coordinator

This administration coordinator role will play a key part in ensuring that all branch operations run smoothly and in alignment with policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate linen, PPE, and consumables to maintain accurate inventory, secure storage, and timely ordering in line with organisational guidelines.
  • Support medication management by ensuring correct storage, usage, and disposal of medications and oxygen cylinders, in collaboration with the designated Medication Champion.
  • Monitor vehicle and equipment compliance, including daily checks, defect reporting, repairs, fuel card placement, and tagging of faulty equipment.
  • Oversee infection control measures such as cleaning programs, mop and linen storage, and safe handling of chemicals and clinical waste.
  • Conduct audits, maintain documentation and signage, manage downtime duties, and ensure compliance with privacy and paperwork protocols.
  • Act as a delegate for the Regional Manager, lead staff meetings, assist with training, and provide regular updates and reports on branch performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates strong communication, professionalism, and positive collaboration with colleagues at all times.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and motivated by achieving outcomes through effective prioritisation.
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening including current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and right to work in Australia.
