Job Title : Branch Manager

Location : Glendenning NSW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Glendenning.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and branch administration, ensuring all hire activities comply with company policies and procedures, training and mentoring the office team, completing reporting and end-of-month processes, and supporting the wider team in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage branch operations to support profit growth and customer service excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hire activity compliance and efficiency
  • Lead and develop the office team to deliver exceptional customer service and high standards
  • Provide administrative support to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Contribute to business growth through collaboration with the wider team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous sales, operational, or administrative experience in rental industrial, construction, logistics, or related industries
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with systems and accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
