Drive Operational Excellence, Deliver Training, and Standardise Branch Success

We're looking for an organised and hands-on professional to step into the newly created Branch Operations Support and Training Lead role. This is a pivotal national position within our Logistics team, where you'll champion operational consistency, support daily branch functions, develop and deliver training, and ensure our branch network operates efficiently and compliantly across Australia.

This is a branch and office-based role with regular travel to our branch locations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide critical operational support to branch teams, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and service expectations
• Resolve escalated operational issues and offer clear guidance to staff
• Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and services across branches
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring onboarding compliance is maintained in collaboration with the relevant L&D onboarding teams
• Deliver hands-on operational training on systems, procedures, and customer service
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, resources, and manuals
• Identify skills gaps and provide coaching where required
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across branches
• Promote standardisation of procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
• Analyse operational performance metrics and report key insights to management
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures
• Act as a liaison with internal audit or compliance teams during assessments

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of operational policies, branch procedures, and service delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional presentation, representing the company brand.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel regularly to branch locations across the network
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Competency using systems and software for reporting, documentation, and communication
• A full and valid Australian driver's licence
