Relief Hospitality Leader

Seeking an experienced relief venue leader to provide support and guidance to our growing teams across Regional Queensland. This is a key role where you will lead hotel/venue operations and employees, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
Your duties will include analyzing and reporting on key business metrics, managing budgets and expenses, and monitoring sales and profits. You will also be responsible for networking within the community to foster loyalty and understand customer and community needs.
The essential skills and qualifications include:
- Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG.
- Strong leadership, training, motivational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- High personal presentation and hygiene standards.
- Availability to work hospitality hours.
- Ability to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised.
- Thorough understanding of P & L.
- Management experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments.
