Lifestyle Relief Manager Position Overview

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for community management? Do you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong relationships with residents?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lifestyle Relief Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in managing building and grounds maintenance, and the ability to work autonomously. They will also possess a current First Aid Certificate, Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation, and a valid 'C' class drivers license. A National Police check will also be required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including asset enhancement, financial management, people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance, and supporting the Sales Team in the sell-down of the community.
  • Provide assistance in other communities as determined by the Operations Manager when not relieving.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain high-quality services for residents in line with industry best practices.
  • Ensure the community is presented to a high standard through regular cleaning, garden maintenance, and facilities upkeep.
  • Support Development teams with new home delivery, installation, or refurbishment processes as required.
  • Interview new clients and provide recommendations/observations to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and community rules to direct or answer resident inquiries.
  • Ensure management practices comply with lease documentation, industry legislation, and codes of practice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents by attending meetings as requested.
  • Participate in developing weekly rosters to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Experience and Requirements:
  • Leadership experience preferably in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in managing building and grounds maintenance.
  • Able to respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation.
  • Current 'C' class drivers license (site-dependent).
  • National Police check.
