Motel Relief Manager

As a relief manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, prioritizing staff supervision and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff to ensure exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence
  • Focus on guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication

This role requires previous hospitality or management experience, however it is not essential. Experience working with booking channels and breakfast preparation is highly valued.

Experience Requirements:

  • Booking channel expertise (essential)
  • Breakfast preparation skills (highly desirable)
