Job Description

This role involves supporting the development, implementation and review of health and safety policies and procedures.

You will work closely with construction and project teams to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring health and safety performance across various projects and implementing improvement programs as required.

Additionally, you will assist in the delivery of health and safety initiatives and contribute to the development of business strategies to enhance workplace safety.

  • Purpose
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide health and safety support to construction and project teams.
  • Monitor health and safety performance and implement improvement programs.
  • Assist in delivering health and safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple contractor projects is essential.
  • Demonstrated risk management skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
