Workplace Health Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Support recovery and rehabilitation through assessments and case management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to achieve client outcomes and return-to-work goals.
- Contribute to diverse client outcomes by supporting transition to new employment opportunities.

Key Qualifications- Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
