Job Overview

The role of Safety Advisor is a key position in ensuring the well-being and safety of employees, clients, and the community.

This role requires a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, laws, and codes of practice.

You will provide guidance and support to supervisors to achieve health and safety objectives and conduct regular site visits to monitor and improve safety standards.

  • Provide advice on safety, health, and environmental issues
  • Analyze safety statistics and report trends
  • Review project activities and procedures for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement safety training programs
  • Conduct workplace inspections and audits

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, formal qualifications in occupational health and safety, and knowledge of OH&S legislation and Australian standards.
