Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations and strategic leadership of our care centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team with a focus on recruitment, development, and recognition.
  • Deliver high-quality care and services to residents including residential aged care, Independent and Assisted Living.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders as a trusted point of contact.
  • Support sound clinical decision-making and ensure quality care at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage audits, policy implementation, and work with key external agencies.
  • Foster a positive team culture across the organisation.
Requirements
  • A seasoned manager with proven experience in clinical settings and a deep understanding of Australia's aged care sector.
  • Able to lead with empathy, foster trust, and inspire those around you to perform at their best.
