Care Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to lead our new 72-bed residential care centre in Cranbourne North. As Residence Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of aged care in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations and strategic direction of the care centre, working closely with the Village Manager to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team and establish clinical policies and procedures.
- Set the cultural tone for care and welcome our first residents into their new home.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential care.
- Strong knowledge of the aged care sector, including funding models and regulatory changes.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Proven experience in leading clinical teams in residential care.
- Opportunity to build a care centre from the ground up and shape your own team, policies, and resident experience.
- Short-term incentive bonus (10% annually).
