Long Day Care Centre Leader

A highly sought-after position has arisen for a Centre Director to lead a 100-place long day care centre in Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a similar setting, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring a team of 20-25 staff, supporting and upholding centre policies, procedures, philosophy, and regulations, ensuring the highest quality of education and care is delivered.
The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CM or 2IC role in a long daycare setting.
