Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives. This will involve providing expert advice on employment law and regulations, as well as leading change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment law and regulations. Proven experience in HR business partnering is also essential.
