Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategist to partner with our senior leadership team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on complex IR matters, awards, and EBAs.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development programs to build leadership capability.
- Deliver programs that improve the employee experience.
- Manage performance, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong background in complex award/EBA environments.
- Exceptional knowledge of HR best practice, workplace legislation, relevant awards, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and liaison skills.
