Enterprise Partner Success Manager

This role is focused on driving business growth and product adoption with large restaurant partner groups in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead post-deal partner management for a book of high value and high potential restaurant partners
- Owning partner relationships to yield tangible metrics outcomes. Achieving revenue growth targets for your partners and ensuring high retention by driving mutual business value.
- Understanding the stakeholder landscape and ensuring we have strong relationships throughout our restaurant partner organisations. Representing at relevant events at national and local levels.
- Conceiving, designing and leading growth initiatives with our restaurant partners and driving through to completion, working cross functionally with internal teams and our restaurant partners
- Problem solving skills: being curious and digging into data to understand and solve problems.
- Project management and organisational skills. Experience working cross-functionally strongly preferred. Marketing experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
- Previous customer-facing experience at executive levels, being accountable for achieving business targets or delivering a quota.
- Commercial acumen: understanding how businesses and organisations work and navigating a partner's business.
