Job Title: Health Clinician

Overview

As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in protecting children and supporting families by providing health support to young people and their non-offending family members.

About the Role

This position is based within the Child and Family Allied Health Team at Tamworth Community Health Service, part of the wider Violence, Abuse, and Neglect (VAN) network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health support to children, young people, and their non-offending family members.
  • Coordinate case management within JCPRP.
  • Facilitate referrals and work with NSW Health facilities to arrange medical and forensic assessments, as well as psychosocial support.

Requirements

  • Must hold a minimum bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or counselling, or other relevant qualification.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW.
