What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Post registration qualifications or at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in Palliative Care or other qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Commitment to champion, educate and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities according to best practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, family/carers and a diverse range of health care providers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to clinical practice development.
  • Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position.

As a highly skilled Registered Nurse, you will bring advanced clinical expertise and autonomy to the provision of complex nursing care, working collaboratively within a caring and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
