Clinical Nurse Specialists play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care within the Palliative Care service.
As a highly skilled Registered Nurse, you will bring advanced clinical expertise and autonomy to the provision of complex nursing care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless patient journeys throughout their care from hospital to home with dignity and support at every stage.
- Work collaboratively to provide complex nursing care.
- Bring advanced clinical expertise and autonomy to the provision of care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant health authorities.
- Post-registration qualifications or significant experience in Palliative Care or other relevant fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members and healthcare providers.
- Leadership skills to champion, educate and lead multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
