As a strategic leader, you will oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of our CRM implementation and migration project.

This role involves leading core CRM and marketing tech project management tasks, including scheduling, delivery management, project governance, and communication, as well as contract, budget, and risk management.

You will ensure senior stakeholders, including the CRM steering committee, executive team, and board committees, are updated as relevant on the progress of the project and project risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing the end-to-end delivery of the WWF-Australia CRM implementation and migration project to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud on time and on budget.
  • Leading core CRM and marketing tech project management tasks, including scheduling, delivery management, project governance, and communication, as well as contract, budget, and risk management.
  • Ensuring senior stakeholders, including the CRM steering committee, executive team, and board committees, are updated as relevant on the progress of the project and project risks.

  • Project management skills with experience in CRM and marketing technology.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and contracts.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing technology.
