This is a full-time hybrid role for a HubSpot CRM Specialist located in Melbourne, AU, with some work-from-home flexibility (up to four days). The HubSpot CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to improve customer relationships and sales processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with CRM-related tasks and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Project manage CRM-related projects and coordinate with different departments to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills.
  • Analytical Skills with a focus on data interpretation and optimization.
  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.
  • Project Management skills to manage CRM-related projects efficiently.
  • The ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or digital agency is a plus.
