CRM Specialist Job Description

Drive business growth by leading customer lifecycle and marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead crm project delivery – Collaborate with a crm project team to build and launch a new crm platform for marketing, customer experience, and compliance.
  • Customer journeys – Develop and execute customer lifecycle activities using martech solutions to deliver onboarding, automated, and personalized experiences across email and sms channels.
  • Data workflows – Coordinate and maintain data workflow processes from sources to crm to ensure effective use of all new crm features such as segmentation, personalization, and lead scoring.
  • Performance analysis – Track performance across kpis (opens, clicks, conversions, revenue) and set up dashboards for reporting.
  • Content creation – Work with the brand and campaign teams to create content and deliver personalized campaigns and batch communications across owned channels.
About You:
  • You have 3+ years of experience managing crm platforms and marketing automation.
  • You have hands-on experience with crm and marketing automation platforms such as hubspot, zoho, braze, or salesforce marketing cloud.
  • You have strong skills in email and sms campaign creation including copy, design, templating, testing, and optimization.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, journey building, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
