About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Construction Operatives to join our team in various locations. As a key member of our operations, you will assist with multiple tasks, including extruder operation, gardening, landscaping, and general labor duties.
The work will be hands-on and physically demanding, requiring adaptability and a focus on safety. You will need to follow instructions and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.
- Assist with extruder operation, gardening, landscaping, and general labor duties
- Perform physically demanding tasks
- Be flexible and ready to adapt to different shifts or site conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Assist skilled workers with various aspects of construction, landscaping, or other specific tasks
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Extruder Experience: Ability to assist with or operate extrusion equipment (if applicable to role)
- Gardening/Landscaping: Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces, including planting, weeding, pruning, and other landscaping tasks
- Safety Certification: UETDREL006 Work Safely in the Vicinity of Live Electrical Apparatus certification or be willing to obtain
- Physical Fitness: Able to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy items as required
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a minimum of 7.6 hours per day, with the possibility of up to 12-hour days depending on client needs
- Reliable Transport: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
- Forklift Licence: Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Work Ethic: Strong focus on getting the job done efficiently and effectively, with a positive, hands-on approach to work
