About the Role

We are seeking experienced Construction Operatives to join our team in various locations. As a key member of our operations, you will assist with multiple tasks, including extruder operation, gardening, landscaping, and general labor duties.

The work will be hands-on and physically demanding, requiring adaptability and a focus on safety. You will need to follow instructions and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

  • Assist with extruder operation, gardening, landscaping, and general labor duties
  • Perform physically demanding tasks
  • Be flexible and ready to adapt to different shifts or site conditions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Assist skilled workers with various aspects of construction, landscaping, or other specific tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extruder Experience: Ability to assist with or operate extrusion equipment (if applicable to role)
  • Gardening/Landscaping: Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces, including planting, weeding, pruning, and other landscaping tasks
  • Safety Certification: UETDREL006 Work Safely in the Vicinity of Live Electrical Apparatus certification or be willing to obtain
  • Physical Fitness: Able to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy items as required
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a minimum of 7.6 hours per day, with the possibility of up to 12-hour days depending on client needs
  • Reliable Transport: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
  • Forklift Licence: Valid forklift operation certification preferred
  • Work Ethic: Strong focus on getting the job done efficiently and effectively, with a positive, hands-on approach to work
