The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Supervisor to lead our Parts Department in Launceston. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you coordinate the supply of quality parts to our valued customer base while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify efficiency and cost-down opportunities within your area or across the business.
  • Ensure the effective operation and compliance of the Parts Department with company policy, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure HCA employees and contractors comply with all WHS responsibilities and maintain a safety-first culture within the department.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills in a similar environment where you have developed and mentored staff.
  • Prior experience in either automotive, commercial vehicle, construction/mining, or agricultural industries.
  • Excellent business acumen with exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of WHS Principles.
