The company has an exciting opportunity for a determined and structured leader to join the Tasmanian team in the position of Service Manager. In this role, you will plan, lead, and control all aspects of the service operations across Tasmania to meet customer expectations while ensuring alignment with sales, expense, and budget targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.
  • Manage financial and productivity performance of the service operation, including budget preparation, capital applications, and monthly reporting within company guidelines.
  • Analyze Work-in-Progress, warranty, recoveries, expenses, and report on key metrics.
  • Oversee accuracy and timeliness of quotations and customer invoicing.
  • Develop local relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to increase labor utilization and CE equipment sales in Tasmania.
  • Mentor and develop all staff members.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • You have experience in service operations with the ability to engage and enable a small team of dedicated service staff to achieve business objectives.
  • You are committed to enhancing relationships with customers, peers, and the community.
  • You have a developed understanding of OEM-level services, relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded.
  • You possess financial acumen with proven work history evaluating labor costs and project expenditure.
  • You have a strong ability to navigate complex issues and achieve success.
