The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $53,092.20 per annum, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice options.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at our Palm Beach office. As a key member of our support service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administration tasks, including:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, colleagues, and visitors
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to our local team
  • General administration functions, such as filing and records management
  • Petty cash, corporate card, and reconciliation duties

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar administration role, preferably in the Disability Employment sector
  • A friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
  • A calm and well-organized approach to work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including database systems and financial management software
  • A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist with obtaining these)
