As a Sales Support Coordinator at Mulpha, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to the Sales team for Promotional Products, ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial enquiry to shipping. Your focus will be on exceeding customer expectations and encouraging repeat purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will receive and assess customer enquiries from various sources, including website inquiries, sales staff, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Provide prompt support via inbound customer service phone calls, assisting with order placement and other customer journey aspects as needed.
  3. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and internal communications, directing queries to relevant team members or departments when necessary.
  4. Facilitate smooth client onboarding, including portal setup, account applications, and deposit payments.
  5. Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming experience for customers and visitors.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  7. Collaborate with clients and designers to coordinate artwork creation and approvals.
  8. Facilitate timely approval processes to ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
  9. Oversee sample requests and shipments according to Company policies and procedures, coordinating sample selection and delivery to clients and stakeholders.
  10. Liaise with the Finance team to initiate invoicing for completed projects or deliveries, providing necessary details and documentation for accurate billing.

Your Background

  1. You possess experience in administration and/or customer service roles, preferably within a sales environment.
  2. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and efficient data entry skills.
  3. Showcase excellent organisational and time management skills.
  4. Be proficient in CRM or production software, although not mandatory.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to proactively coordinate various stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  6. Display a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  7. Evidence high-level professionalism, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About This Role
