Gold Coast Audit Support Specialist

Findex is seeking a talented Client Services Coordinator to support our Gold Coast audit team.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a key member of our Gold Coast audit team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of client engagements.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent role based in the Gold Coast, with a hybrid working model that offers flexibility for family and personal commitments. You will enjoy access to industry-leading benefits, including a 9-day working fortnight, flexible schedules, work environments, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the audit team, including coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and achieve project goals.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in all aspects of your work.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Previous experience working in Financial Services or Audit, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- A genuine team player attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop in your role.
- Prior experience with software such as APS, Concur, Salesforce, Retain would be highly regarded.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A 9-day working fortnight, with every second Friday off work.
