Luxury Hotel Customer Service Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Front Desk team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain exceptional customer service standards by ensuring that all guests receive personalized attention and support throughout their stay.
- Lead and motivate the Front Desk team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service to guests.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a luxury hotel brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Opera Property Management System (PMS) and other relevant software applications.
