Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel manager to lead our luxury hotel in Victoria. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and setting a new benchmark in leadership and results.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and results-driven leadership impact, with mastery of revenue management, pricing strategy, and top-line growth.

  • Full-service expertise in luxury or premium hotels, with deep experience in rooms, F&B, conferencing, and spa operations.

  • Matrix management skills to influence and deliver results in multi-stakeholder, multi-site structures.
