Hotel Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Manager to lead our hotel's commercial and operational activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing city hotels, group activities, and building strong teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to motivate and lead exceptional teams. They will also have a strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and be able to build relationships with Owners, guests, and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial and operational activities of the hotel
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive owner returns
  • Recruit, lead, manage, and motivate a strong team
  • Review and implement strategic initiatives to drive commercial performance
  • Prioritise relationships with Owners, guests, and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Luxury Hotel Manager in a city hotel
  • Experience in commercial strategies in a competitive city market
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Local and international market experience in similar high-profile properties
