About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our Strategy team at Lyka. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future vision for Lyka and driving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and executive team in achieving our strategic objectives, including developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Oversee company-wide strategic planning, manage special projects, and ensure effective communication across departments and within the executive team.
  • Drive the agenda of the Lyka executive team, ensuring they are focused on the most critical topics and decisions.
  • Review and work with the executives to revise key materials and updates to the broader executive team, full company, and board.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' professional experience in a strategy or management consulting role, or within a fast-growth start-up, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
  • High commercial and strategic acumen, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude and a bias to action; exceptional organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Confident and clear communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
