At Cartier, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Boutique Operations Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guaranteeing the application and reliability of all in-boutique financial procedures, managing boutique administrative requirements and duties, and liaising with other company stakeholders.

You'll also assist the boutique stock team in maintaining inventory control and ensure adherence to the Boutique Operations Manual and audit-related points.

Job Description

As a Strategic Boutique Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact at Cartier.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guaranteeing the application and reliability of all in-boutique financial procedures;
  • Managing boutique administrative requirements and duties;
  • Daily management of regular contractors in accordance with Maison standards;
  • Liaising with other company stakeholders including marketing, IT, and logistics;
  • Assisting the boutique stock team in maintaining inventory control as needed;
  • Ensuring adherence to the Boutique Operations Manual and audit-related points.
