About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Acura Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic support to our CEO and play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure seamless coordination of meetings and events
  • Provide strategic support to the CEO on key business initiatives and projects
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, document management, and employee onboarding
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other critical documents

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of providing strategic support to senior leaders and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
