Job Title: Product Manager Linen Care

Job Description:

The role of a Product Manager in the Linen Care category involves developing expert knowledge of the category and serving as its ambassador to consumers, competitors' products, functions, and benefits.

This position requires close collaboration with strategic business units and international market managers to propose new product launches and optimize portfolios.

Liaising regularly with the company's head office in France is an advantage, which highlights the importance of fluency in French language skills.

Key responsibilities include leveraging category, consumer, and product insights to create compelling Go-to-Market plans, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel distribution informed recommendations.

Annual marketing plan development is also essential to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.

Working collaboratively with the Digital & Trade Marketing team, executing all product launches and portfolio animations following a stage gate process is crucial.

This includes business case validation, Go-No Go decisions, pricing validation, trade presentation, development of activation tools like Point-of-Sale material, consumer promotions, and key messages for briefs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in International Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Linen Care category
  • French language skills are advantageous
  • Understanding of Global Appliances development processes and D2C strategy execution
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Business Intelligence tools, and Market Intelligence platforms
  • Able to develop complex strategies and lead implementation plans
