Product Manager Linen Care

This role involves overseeing the strategic direction of linen care products, requiring a strong understanding of consumer trends and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the linen care market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Liaise regularly with international stakeholders, leveraging fluency in French as an advantage.
  • Apply category, consumer, and product insights to create compelling go-to-market plans, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel distribution recommendations.
  • Develop annual business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute product launches and portfolio animations, following a stage-gate process.
  • Build dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing & E-Commerce or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the linen care category.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Understanding of global appliances development processes and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy and execution.
  • Strong skills in MS-Office, Business Intelligence tools like Qlik Cloud Analytics, and Market Intelligence tools such as GFK data panels.
  • Able to develop complex strategies and lead implementation plans, capable of delivering both managerial and operational tasks.
