Category Expert for Linen Care

This role requires a deep understanding of the Linen Care category and its position within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for new product launches and portfolio optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise regularly with international stakeholders, with fluency in French being an advantage.
  • Design compelling Go-to-Market strategies, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel distribution informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute all product launches and portfolio animations following a stage-gate process.
  • Build dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers, working in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in business, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Linen Care category.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Understanding of global appliances development processes and D2C strategy execution.
  • Strong aptitude in MS-Office, business intelligence tools like Qlik Cloud Analytics, and market intelligence.
  • Able to develop complex strategies and lead implementation plans, capable of delivering both managerial and operational tasks.
