Job Summary:

This role involves being the ambassador of the Linen Care category, maintaining expert knowledge and collaborating with strategic business units to propose new product launches and portfolio optimisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with international teams, fluency in French is an advantage
  • Develop compelling marketing plans, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel distribution informed recommendations
  • Create annual business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and portfolio animations following a stage gate process
  • Build dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers in collaboration with sales teams

Main Skills Required:

  • Degree in international business, Marketing & E-Commerce
  • 2+ years' experience in the Linen Care category
  • Understanding of Global Appliances development processes, and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy and execution
  • Strong aptitude in MS-Office, Business Intelligence tools such as Qlik Cloud Analytics, and Market Intelligence such as GFK data panels
  • Ability to develop complex strategies and lead implementation plans
