Senior Linen Category Manager

The role of a Senior Linen Category Manager is pivotal in the organization, requiring an expert knowledge of the Linen Care category and acting as an ambassador for this category to consumers, competitors, products, functions, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with strategic business units and international market managers to develop new product launches and portfolio optimization strategies.
  2. Maintain regular communication with the organization's head office in France, necessitating fluency in French.
  3. Utilize category, consumer, and product insights to create compelling Go-to-Market plans, incorporating pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel distribution recommendations.
  4. Establish annual marketing plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  5. Work closely with the Digital & Trade marketing team to execute product launches and portfolio animations through a stage-gate process.
  6. Develop dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers in collaboration with the sales team.
Essential Skills:
  • International business, marketing, and e-commerce degree.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Linen Care category.
  • Fluency in French is advantageous.
  • Understanding of global appliances development processes and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy and execution.
  • Strong aptitude in MS-Office, business intelligence tools such as Qlik Cloud Analytics, and market intelligence like GFK data panels.
  • Ability to devise complex strategies and lead implementation plans, capable of delivering both managerial and operational tasks.
