Lead the Future of Talent

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This role will be a key part of our partnership with Komatsu, a leading manufacturer and industrial technology innovator.

In this position, you will manage a small team, own a portfolio of senior roles, and drive strategic talent initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders at senior levels while remaining hands-on, shaping a best-in-class approach.

You will add value beyond the recruitment process by delivering bespoke solutions for Komatsu. As an experienced professional with strength in industrial or manufacturing recruitment, you will influence and implement directives, partnering with senior leaders and becoming a trusted advisor and expert in strategic and operational recruitment.

This role requires 4-5 days of onsite work per week in Fairfield, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your region delivers high performance and strong commercial outcomes
  • Contribute to regional strategy
  • Hold relationships with senior stakeholders, advising and guiding on all things talent acquisition
  • Create and execute a best-in-class TA approach
  • Active end-to-end recruitment of predominantly senior corporate roles
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

  • Experienced professional from the industrial sector with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong people leader with a proven track record in motivating and developing teams
  • Results-driven with a focus on outcomes and exceeding targets
  • Commercially focused with business acumen and recruitment program management capabilities
