About The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Mable, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation by attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional talent. Leveraging your expertise in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder partnership, you'll connect the right people to the right opportunities, building a high-performing, diverse workforce that reflects our mission and values while driving our continued growth and success.

As a leader, you'll mentor and guide a Recruitment Specialist, champion best practices, and elevate the recruitment function to drive lasting impact across the business.You'll balance hands on delivery with proactive sourcing to help shape a strong and diverse talent pipeline for the future.

This role is based in our Sydney office, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2–3 days in office per week.

Day To Day Will See You
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Recruitment Specialist, fostering their growth and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs and design effective, tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage candidates through diverse channels.
  • Review applications, conduct screenings, and develop structured interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Drive the full recruitment process, from coordination and facilitation of interviews through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners to expand access to high-quality candidates.
  • Take ownership of recruitment reporting and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed on trends and talent market dynamics.
  • Work with the broader People team on people programmes that strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across the organisation.

About You
  • You're an experienced and results-driven Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
  • You bring 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in a high-growth company; exposure to scaling tech startups is a strong advantage.
  • You're passionate about coaching and mentoring.
  • You're highly skilled across the full hiring process, with excellent organisational ability to manage multiple roles, shifting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
  • You communicate with clarity and impact, building strong and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • You're confident in assessing candidate potential and using data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions.
  • You take ownership of your work, bringing initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes.
  • You adapt quickly to change and approach new challenges with energy, positivity, and resilience.
