A rare opportunity exists for a talented recruitment specialist to join a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including process management and project management, while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for senior and executive roles.
  • Develop strategic talent acquisition plans to attract, source, and hire senior talent aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques to remain competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (client-side) with executive-level recruitment experience.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
