Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate support to individuals with aged care and disability needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, and domestic duties
  • Transport and accompany clients to appointments and within their community
  • Offer social and personal support to enhance clients' well-being and independence
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Manual Handling Certificate (obtained during screening process)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (obtained during screening process)
  • Working with Children's Check (obtained during screening process)
  • Ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with flexibility to travel 30-35 minutes to and from client homes
  • Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
