Supporting Individuals with High Needs

Cocoon SDA Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals who require high levels of physical and challenging behavior support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to participants with complex needs
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or higher qualification in health and wellbeing
  • At least two years of full-time work experience in a similar role
  • NDIS Worker Orientation certificate
