About the Role


We are currently seeking experienced Cleaning and Domestic Support Assistants to join our team. As a Cleaning and Domestic Support Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to our clients by assisting with household chores, cleaning, and domestic tasks.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist clients with cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Provide domestic support, including meal preparation and errands
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Comply with Anglicare Southern Queensland's policies and procedures

Requirements



  • Experience working in cleaning, domestic support, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Anglicare Southern Queensland's policies and procedures
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (if applicable)
  • First Aid and CPR certification (if applicable)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
