About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an Inclusive Workplace Specialist to join our Organisational Development team at Telstra. As a trusted internal advisor, you will play a key role in translating our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy into action and deliver impactful company-wide programs that align with our strategic ambitions.

As a member of our agile team, you will contribute to developing and delivering a wide range of DEI-related products, programs, or initiatives. You will embed DEI actions or initiatives into our people processes, tools, systems, and policies to improve internal DEI capability and culture across our organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include analysing quantitative and qualitative workforce data, translating data into insights that shape initiatives and recommendations for DEI-related outcomes to ensure our DEI goals are met. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, recommend, and implement programs and initiatives that are culturally appropriate, address inequalities, align with corporate strategy, consider team/organisational readiness, and are sustainable.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can bring innovative, data-driven, and human-centered approaches to organisational development. You will thrive in a collaborative and agile work environment and have experience in Human-Centred Design/Design Thinking, Problem Solving, Data Analysis and Insights, Communicating effectively, Stakeholder Management, Program or Project Management, Change Management, Managing through Ambiguity, and Process Improvement.

A competitive salary of approximately $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, is on offer for this full-time position. We also offer flexibility in all our roles, to ensure everyone can participate.
