Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

About the Role
">">- This role is a unique opportunity to support the delivery of Telstra's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategic roadmap.
- As a key member of the Organisational Development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate DEI strategy into action and deliver impactful programs that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
">">- Contribute to the development and delivery of DEI-related products, programs, or initiatives that align with Telstra's strategic ambitions.
- Embed DEI actions or initiatives into people processes, tools, systems, and policies to improve internal DEI capability and culture.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative workforce data to inform DEI-related initiatives and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, recommend, and implement culturally appropriate programs that address inequalities and align with corporate strategy.
About You
">">- You will have experience in human-centred design, problem-solving, data analysis, communication, stakeholder management, program or project management, change management, and process improvement.
- You will thrive in a collaborative and agile work environment, bringing an innovative, data-driven approach to organisational development.
What We Offer
">">- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
